  • Pumpkin risotto creamed with mint with mint. Selengaia 2016- Chianti D.O.C.G
  • Pici with wild boar ragout and pecorino cheese. Pilandra 2016- Sangiovese
  • Beef cheek cooked at low temperature marinated in wine. Elsewhere 2013 - Bordeaux cut
  • Ciambelline al Selengaia
